Andreas Andreopoulos is Senior Lecturer in Orthodox Christianity at the University of Winchester. He was previously Director of the Centre for Orthodox Studies at University of Wales Lampeter. He earned his Ph.D. in theology at the University of Durham under Fr. Andrew Louth and has taught in Toronto, Montreal, and Philadelphia. Apart from Greek patristics and Orthodox theology, his interests lie in iconology, Christian semiotics and sacred art.
