Теология истории Иоахима Флорского устанавливает три состояния мира; в последнем господство священства сменится господствующим состоянием монашества, воцарится свободная братская любовь, наступит царство Духа Святого, упразднится Евангелие буквы и восторжествует единое Вечное Евангелие, а церковь Петрова преобразится в церковь Иоаннову. Эта концепция повлияла на теоантропологию истории Достоевского, актуализированную в его миросозерцания и романном творчестве. Она также нашла отражение в поэме польского поэта З. Красиньского «Trzy myśli pozostałe po ś. p. Henryku Ligenzie zmarłym w Morreale, 12 kwietnia 1840 roku», где картина разрушения храма Петра и Ватикана символизирует конец церкви Петровой, которую сменяет проповедь Иоанном «вечного Евангелия любви».

          In the Joachim's of Fiore theology of history three states of the world were postulated; in the last state the priesthood's supremacy will change into the monkhood's supremacy, the free brotherly love will set in, the Realm of the Holy Spirit will be established, the Evangel of the letter will be abolished and the single Eternal Evangel will triumph, and the Peter's Church will transform into the John's Church. These conceptions influenced upon the Dostoevsky's theoanthropology of history, which was actualized in the writer's outlook and novels. Also these conceptions were reflected in the poem of the Polish poet Z. Krasiński  «Trzy myśli pozostałe po ś. p. Henryku Ligenzie zmarłym w Morreale, 12 kwietnia 1840 roku», which contains the picture of the destruction of the Peter's Cathedral and the Vatican what symbolizes the end of the Peter's Church; after what has happened the John's preaching of  the Eternal Evangel of the Love has begun.
